We're back, batteries recharged & ready for a fantastic 2026. Are you ready for some fun because we have some awesome plans....



Mrs Talentology and I just wrapped an incredible break with family, friends and some serious recharging in Indonesia.



2025 was the year CareerAGILITY really took off - our job seeker coaching, the Job Seeker Café, the CareerAGILITY LIVE events. You showed up, we delivered and IT professionals over 45 started winning again.



But 2026? We're going bigger.



CareerAGILITY gets a game-changer addition that's going to revolutionise how IT pros approach their job search (yes, it's a world first). Think of job seeking as a game, and no one likes to play games by themselves, right?



CareerAGENT is fully launching - proper representation for IT contractors and IT SMEs who deserve better than being treated like a commission cheque.



Fractional+45 opens its doors - because experienced IT professionals deserve respect and work that fits their lives, not the other way round, and we need a shift back to quality talent engagement, not AI-driven transactions.



And here's the big one: we're bringing it all together into Australia's first people-led Tech Talent Ecosystem. Not a job board. Not a recruitment agency. A genuine community where IT professionals over 45, quality recruiters and forward-thinking employers all actually win.



The recruitment environment is only getting more brutal, especially if you're over 45 or you've had a career break. But what we've proven is that job seeker hustle wins over passive applications...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
