I’ve spent 29 years inside IT recruitment & professional services — long enough to see who the system works for…& who it leaves behind.

 

I started Talentology because experience kept getting overlooked, contractors kept disappearing between gigs & hiring became driven by noise, speed & fees instead of outcomes & positive candidate experiences.

 

I didn’t build Talentology to be another recruiter.

I built it to be a career & talent operating system that truly brings all sides of the recruitment marketplace together so everyone can be successful.

 

Today, we support IT job seekers, contractors & SME leaders with visibility, advocacy & commercial clarity — not just when they’re desperate, but across the full lifecycle of their careers & businesses.

 

I’m unapologetically critical of broken hiring behaviours like ghosting, age bias & CV-led short-termism — because pretending they don’t exist helps no one.
 
The rise of recruitment AI didn’t fix these problems.
