Trevor's story

Experience isn't the problem. Invisibility is.

I started out in marketing, then spent 30 years inside the IT recruitment industry. That combination gives me a unique view of modern job seeking. I've seen recruitment from the inside, and I know exactly how it works and how to get results.

For me, it's not about rewriting your resume 18 times to beat the ATS. It's about your brand, your value, and the way you articulate and present yourself. It's about how you become discoverable and memorable.

There's nothing better than a call from one of my clients saying, "I just got called about a job because someone thought of me first." That's strategy, hard work, activity, confidence and hustle.

I'm all about human-to-human coaching and support. I'm all about community. And I'm all about helping my clients get their next role and be prepared for whatever the job market throws at them next. This fills my cup.
