Here's what I tell every job seeker who says they're not getting noticed.
A strong resume and years of experience only work if someone sees them. Most job seekers apply and wait. The ones who get remembered show up on LinkedIn often, for the right reasons, so when a role opens up their name is already in someone's head.
You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to be an influencer. You don't need a viral post to be successful. You need to know who you want to be seen by and what you want them to remember.
And don't rely on AI to tell your story. There's nothing wrong with using AI. But it's your story, and it's your authenticity.
