At Blackwoods he owned the migration onto Dynamics 365 end to end: 4 deployments over 18 months, about 20 legacy platforms replaced and more than 60 dress rehearsals. For Endeavour Group he moved store data and around 150 reports from Woolworths across 1,700 stores. He migrated about 135 Mirvac properties to Yardi on around 70 Alteryx workflows, and took Spark NZ from Singl.eView to Selcomm, recovering about $1.5M through cost and revenue assurance along the way.
