Who she is

What Margaret does.

Margaret Gilbert is a Sydney technology program manager who has delivered technology change across industries and countries, including programs that had already failed once or twice. She works across business and digital transformation, mergers, acquisitions and demergers, cyber security, and large-scale infrastructure implementations and migrations, taking programs from initiation through design, build and test to hypercare and handover to BAU.

Most recently she helped bring a behind-schedule corporate banking project back on track for Kina Bank, the second largest bank in Papua New Guinea. At Endeavour Group she managed delivery of a critical identity and access management platform and integrations ahead of the demerger from Woolworths, and at Lumus Imaging she brought together the imaging portfolio across six partners and migrated major medical imaging apps to a new cloud platform. Earlier she held program leadership roles at Telstra in Sydney, Manila and Hong Kong, including Program Director and Head of Program Control.
